I have just read many negative reviews about Customer Service for the ‘Safe Cig’….so…I decided to test it out myself as a nobody…Lo and Behold…the comments appear to be true!!!!!!!……..I initiated a ‘Live Chat’ on their website, with the question of….’Where are my Cartridge Refills’…I was immediately told that….’I cannot comment on this situation’ and to type in my order details so that a ‘Senior Operative could look into it’…this is definitely not the type of ‘Customer Service I am looking for’….thank you very much….I am an advocate of Natural News and don’t like to be taken advantage of by companies only seeking ‘profit’…thanks and I hope this helps others…

had similar experience re: live chat. asked what i needed to get started (TWICE). “Ethan” responded by asking me what flavor I wanted, even though the answer to that was part of my question. then was told it wasn’t in stock and that i would be contacted when it is. none of which of course answered my question.

Unfortunately, Uno is correct in that the customer service is horrible at The Safe Cig. They were good when I first started using them in January but their service and product has gone downhill fast. I placed an order and my card was debited but I’ve never received my cartridges. I received the same exact message as Uno when I contacted them via live support. I emailed them and didn’t hear anything back until today. I had messaged them on Facebook and they deleted me. Horrible customer service. They’ve also had a few customers who’ve had to file a complaint with the BBB. I would NOT recommend The Safe Cig to anyone.

I am rather surprised at this negativity on this “review site”. I ordered the Deluxe started kit with 3 batteries, 2 USB chargers, car charger, wall charger and the starter cartomizers. The product arrived within the 3 day shipment time predicted. When I tried to initiate a chat one time, I was told a “senior” staff member would contact me. They did within 30 minutes via email. Second time I initiated chat I received a prompt and honest reply on the spot. I ordered 30 cartomizers refill about a week after getting the starter kit, and again, the shipment arrived within 3 days (I did pay for Priority mail on that one). As for the product itself? OUTSTANDING!!! I quit smoking cold turkey from the first vape..and have not even had the slightest desire for a “real cigarette” for over a week. I have been a smoker for 43 years…and a heavy smoker for over 20 of those years. The vapor is strong and tastes excellent (I use menthol). A cartomizer lasts me the equivalent of 1 1/2+ packs of “real” cigs, but I draw hard and chain vape, so that is something that can be variable according to your personal habits. Battery life is as advertised. I generally get about 4-5 hours life between charges. The charge itself takes about 1 1/2 hrs. I have very much appreciated the 2 USB chargers and 3 batteries that came with the Deluxe kit! I am always “loaded” and ready to go. The case that comes with the Deluxe is great and so handy! My experience has been stellar…and I am glad I chose Safe Cig for my first e-cigarette. I do wish they offered the “wired” type e-cig that isn’t a battery but connects to a USB on the computer or wall charger adapter. But I ordered one of those from V2, and am awaiting it’s arrival. (I’ll review that company when I’ve had a chance to try their product.) Safe Cig produces a superior product with attractive packaging and industry standard-setting quality. Top drawer!

I have been with safe cig for 2 years. I am switching to a different brand. 1 filter use to last me a day. I am now going thru 3. Not because I am using them more but because they aren’t filling them up. I am very disappointed. Spending about $200 a month on cartridges. I have 4 batteries that only last about a hour. I have 1 on the charger now & the one im using just went dead. They say lifetime warrenty on batteries but you have to go thru a bunch of crap. I have posted stuff on their facebook also & they delete it. They have seen the last of my money.
